Just a few years ago, I was an out-of-shape 210lb physical therapy student. Despite spending all day every day studying muscles and the movement of the human body, I couldn’t change my own.

I spent years doing stupid things like buying the latest as-seen-on-TV exercise program, or taking the newest fat burning supplement from GNC. I finally said ENOUGH! And did something about it.

In 2013, I invested in a CrossFit membership and I fully committed to their system of training. All I had to do was show up, do the work and I’d get results. Changing my body inspired me to change my career.

After losing 30lbs of fat, I knew that I wanted to dedicate my life to helping people look and feel amazing. I quit my job at a physical therapy clinic in Princeton and started working as a strength and conditioning coach.

Since then, I’ve coached over 2,000 classes, helped over 500 people change their body and rehabilitated over 100 athletes in my private physical therapy practice.

During that time, I refined my training methods and turned them into a system that I want to share with you.

I know it’s hard to trust people selling you results in the fitness industry. I believe in proof -- and I believe you should demand it from anyone who asks you to invest your time or money.
