Throwing you into a group class is not demonstrating our commitment to your health and fitness.  During your no sweat intro, we will get to know one another and teach you about our methodology and how it can fit with your needs.  Not all gyms are the same.  You will soon find that our approach to fitness is different from the other gyms in the area.  Hudson River Fitness provides the highest level of service, commitment and dedication to your results.
